The Grade 11 Foods students competed in a school based donut Showdown Competition on Monday, April 25. Students were divided into groups to brainstorm donut ideas following a "Movie Theatre" theme. Students were given a select group of ingredients that were to be incorporated in their donut making. They created five different donuts using popcorn, red licorice and smarties.
