On Thursday, June 9th parents, students, and other guests were "Seeing the World" through EXPO 2016--a variety of pavilions that the grade seven students had set up showcasing the culture, traditions, economics, and ecosystems from their country of study. Of course, there was also food and drink representative of those countries. By way of food, costumes, music, and factual information, the students learned and appreciated the diversity of cultures as well as taking pride in their own heritage. Thank you to all visitors who toured the pavilions and asked many questions of the students.
